Reverts #2767. agents/models/opencode goes back to the @ai-sdk/vercel carrier, and the dev pins go back to opencode 2.0.24.

#2767 made the provider name gitlab-ai-provider so that OpenCode would load it in-process. We use a GitLab package only so that OpenCode sets up our Cloudflare models. That depends on OpenCode internals that nothing guarantees, so we're backing it out until we've worked out a proper way to supply the provider. The upgrade is redone in #2776 as a draft.

Users on opencode 2.2.x will hit provider.no-route again until that lands. The peer range stays ^2.0.24.
