--filter-network-is-subset-of was sending network_superset instead of network_subset, so it matched --filter-network-is-superset-of.

cloudflared tunnel route ip show --filter-network-is-subset-of <cidr>encodednetwork_supersetinstead ofnetwork_subset, so it matched--filter-network-is-superset-of.NewIpRouteFilterFromCLInow callsNetworkIsSubsetOffor the subset flag. A regression test asserts the encoded query containsnetwork_subsetand notnetwork_superset.Tested with
go test ./cfapi/ -count=1.
