Cut the 1.26.0 release.
[Unreleased]entries under a[1.26.0]heading dated 2026-08-26.[1.25.0]to[1.26.0]. PR feat(ENG-13678): adding cargo credential helper to cli #371 merged after the v1.25.0 tag was cut, so the provider first ships in this release. Its changelog entry had auto-merged under the released heading.Bearerprefix fix (fix(no-ticket): Prefix pnpm credential with Bearer #396), and the start-up time work (perf: import command modules lazily #374–perf: defer the rich, urllib3 and semver imports #377)..bumpversion.cfgandcloudsmith_cli/data/VERSION.The Cargo auth-scheme fix (#394) has no separate entry: it fixes the Cargo provider, which first ships in this release.
