Simulate infinite lookup item rendering with single load when both fetchAll and infinite are set to true.

Sometimes the whole result set is returned to the client which can contain thousands on records which cause rendering slowdowns. It would be nice that we can set the infinite flag in that scenario and allow client-side filtering and incremental rendering of the list.
