Package.swift has pinned 0.17.0 since #974, but Package.resolved still named 0.16.0. Xcode Cloud resolves only from the committed file, so deploys fail at resolution until it matches.

Package.swift has pinned flipcash2-client-protocol 0.17.0 since #974, but the workspace Package.resolved still names 0.16.0 (
a5cc6f8a). Xcode Cloud resolves only from the committed file, so Deploy fails at resolution until they match. "Package.resolved is current" failed on #974 for this reason.This re-resolves against the 0.17.0 tag (
f4414893). Only the flipcash2 entry andoriginHashchange.
