… from failed CI jobs The DynComp run in the Kvasir and DynComp regression tests sent its output to /dev/null, so a CI failure gave no indication of the cause. Write the output to $(NAME).dyncomp.out and print it, with the exit status, when the run fails.
…Kvasir runs * Use make -k so one failing test does not prevent the others from running, and always print the results. * Show the output of every failed Kvasir run, not just DynComp runs. * Use pipefail so a Kvasir failure in a COUNTS_ONLY test is detected. * Fix the is-ci.sh test, which was always false because of a missing $. * Upload test outputs from cancelled jobs too, and keep them for 14 days.

… the results targets; delete stale .diff files run-many.pl delegates to run-kvasir.sh, so COUNTS_ONLY and ordinary runs tolerate a program's exit status 1 just as TESTS_SCRIPT runs do. The fatal-error patterns require the context of Valgrind and Kvasir messages. run-kvasir.sh reports a failure of dtrace-count.pl, whose path the Makefile passes using DAIKONDIR. - Line 18: Remove the FindBin dependency from run-many.pl and locate
run-kvasir.sh using the script path supplied by the Makefiles, so the test

An intermittent CI failure (for example,
kvasir_rockylinux_jdk25intests/dyncomp-tests/Apples) gave no indication of the cause, because the DynComp run sent its output to/dev/nulland other Kvasir failures were not reported.tests/kvasir-tests/run-kvasir.sh(new): runs a Kvasir command, writing its output to a file. If the command is killed by a signal or its exit status differs from the expected one, the script prints the exit status and the output, and fails. This is the only place that this policy is implemented. The expected exit status is 0 unless a test setsEXPECTED_EXIT_STATUS; tot_info sets it to 1.tests/{dyncomp,kvasir}-tests/Makefile.common: every Kvasir run goes throughrun-kvasir.sh. The DynComp output goes to$(NAME).dyncomp.outinstead of/dev/null, and the first DTRACE_APPEND run writes to$(NAME).decls.out. The COUNTS_ONLY rule writes the trace to a file, counts it, and deletes it, instead of piping it intodtrace-count.pl, so that a Kvasir failure is not hidden by the pipeline.tests/kvasir-tests/run-many.pl: runs each line throughrun-kvasir.sh, reports each failed run, and exits with a failure status if any run failed. It still aborts on SIGINT.tests/kvasir-tests/Makefile.results(new): theregression-testsand results targets, shared bytests/{dyncomp,kvasir}-tests/Makefile.regression-testsdeletes stale.difffiles, usesmake -kso that one failing test does not stop the others, always prints the results, and reports tests that crashed (and so have no diffs). Theis-ci.shtest, which was not being run because of a missing$$, is now theCI_JOBSvariable.scripts/test-kvasir.sh: runs the Kvasir tests even if a DynComp test fails.Uploading test outputs from failed CI jobs is in #908.
