HTML growth plot hides curves

The growth plot seems to be plotting values in the wrong order, so that smaller bars are covered up by larger bars (basing that statement off of the order of colors in legend of my example)

Hi,

just pushed a version 0.5.3 that should fix this issue. However, it will be a couple of days before the update gets merged into bioconda.

For the time being, you can work around this by changing the yaml file so that the coverages and quora are already sorted:

    - !Growth
      coverage: 1,2,1,1
      quorum: 0,0,1.0,0.5

Hope this helps!

As an aside: you can click the legend to turn off/on the different bars, this might be useful in case something overlaps
