docs: show how to reject GitHub no-reply author emails - #71
author_email_pattern can already reject an address, not only require one, with a negative lookahead. The docs only showed the "require a company domain" form, so this adds the reject form, using GitHub's no-reply addresses as the example (the case raised in #651).
Before
CC102 and the policies guide show one example:
author_email_pattern = "^.+@example\\.com$"
Nothing says how to refuse a specific address pattern.
Add a negative-lookahead author_email_pattern example to CC102 and the
policies guide, for projects that need a real, stable author address.
Refs commit-check/commit-check#651
The examples cover GitHub’s documented no-reply formats, but the CC102 instructions should clarify that the author-email check must be enabled. This is a bounded documentation gap rather than a runtime regression.

surrounding documentation to state that CC102 runs only when `-e` or
`--author-email` is supplied, and that the pattern has no effect without the
