Replaced `execSync` with `execFileSync` to avoid shell/command injection risks. Used `process.execPath` and array-based arguments to safely execute scripts. Updated the `reconcile.ts` and `loop.test.ts` files to securely spawn child processes. Co-authored-by: connerkup <72580335+connerkup@users.noreply.github.com>

🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
💡 Vulnerability: Command injection risk due to string-based commands passed to
execSync().🎯 Impact: Attackers could inject arbitrary shell commands if
tempFileor script paths contained malicious input.🔧 Fix: Replaced
execSyncwithexecFileSyncand utilizedprocess.execPathto explicitly invoke the Node.js executable while passing arguments as an array.✅ Verification: Ran
npm run testandnpm run lint. Ensure all tests still pass and child process arguments are correctly parsed.PR created automatically by Jules for task 3022194816928871394 started by @connerkup
