This candidate adopts the macOS owner connection fix from ContextDB
db9d067f291c0add0922713936a63f51f24e9f1cand resolves temporary paths in portable CI checks. It preserves the existing dev history as one commit and updates the dependency pin, checks, and supporting documentation together.Validation: the publication gate covers 110 Python controls: 46 executed on this exact committed source and 64 carried with verified source and evidence bindings. Static workflow review confirms that both Linux and full macOS checks run for this pull request, and release publication remains restricted to pushes to dev.
