Makes the macOS test groups pass, on top of #5.

  • cg_node_fs::machine_memory() reads installed memory from sysctl hw.memsize on macOS; before, only /proc/meminfo was read, so macOS sized the write budget from its floor. Linux is unchanged.
  • The forget-coordination test builds its owner-channel root under /tmp, so the socket address fits the macOS limit.
  • ContextDB is pinned to 878170bb, whose macOS reader-release wait honours cancellation, so a command refused by a reader-held store ends after the one-minute allowance and names the readers, as on Linux.
  • crates/cg-node-fs/AGENTS.md describes the per-platform memory probe and its guarding test.

Supersedes #5 (this branch contains its commit).
