some run-ons in both sections that I tried to revise a bit, but looks good

Describes the open-source bedrock pipeline (U.S. components) and the currently closed-source ceda pipeline (global MRIO and emission factors). Validation now links to it instead of calling all code open source. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds
code/index.mdto Technical documentation: the open-sourcebedrockpipeline (U.S. model components) and the currently closed-sourcecedapipeline (global MRIO and emission factors). Adds a home page card, and the validation page now links here instead of saying the model is built by open-source code.
