The Docker CI workflow was failing during image builds due to three independent bugs in the Dockerfiles.
Dockerfile.base — cspkg/ecs binaries not found
covscript.7zextracts its contents under abuild/subfolder, not at the archive rootcspkgandecsnever landed at/opt/covscript/bin, causingcspkg: not found(exit 127)build/*into/opt/covscriptDockerfile.web — invalid ARG scoping across build stages
ARG BASE_IMAGEwas declared inside the second stage, after the firstFROMFROMto be declared before any stage, otherwise the value resolves empty:Dockerfile.sandbox — permission denied removing compiled source
/app/datawas chowned to thesandboxuser, leaving/appitself owned byrootsandboxuser could writeserver.ecsinto/app(viaCOPY --chown) but couldn't delete it afterward, since directory write permission (not file ownership) governs deletion/appdirectory tosandbox
