Two tight changes to the extension onboarding section of docs/espn.md:

• ESPN sign-in is now an explicit Step 0 precondition (be signed in at fantasy.espn.com and able to see your team; the extension copies existing session cookies and never sees the password) instead of a clause inside the connect step.
• Cold-reader audit fixes: prerequisites line up front (desktop/laptop with Chrome + an ESPN account with a team in a fantasy basketball league); install step spells out the full repo URL (https://github.com/cozycommons/cc) and the extension/espn-connector/ path; the extension step names the exact toolbar icon and Copy token button; a closing line confirms the end state (account live, automation on, nothing else to set up).
