chore: bump version to 10.2.5 - #24

次版本号递增。全部 27 个 crate 通过 `version.workspace = true` 继承
workspace 版本，只需改workspace.package.version 一行。
验证：cargo metadata 确认 27 个 crate 的 version 集合为 {10.2.5}，
无残留 10.2.4；cargo check --workspace 通过。

次版本号递增：
10.2.4→10.2.5。只改根
Cargo.toml一行[workspace.package] version。全部 27 个 crate 都用version.workspace = true继承 workspace 版本，所以单行改动即全体生效，子 crate 的
Cargo.toml无需改动 —— 与上一次 bump（9bb09c2）做法一致。验证
cargo metadata --no-deps确认 27 个 crate 的 version 集合为{10.2.5}，无残留 10.2.4
cargo check --workspace通过为什么走 PR 而不是直推 master
rust.yml的publish与release两个 job 只在 master 上触发（
github.ref_name == 'master'），通过后会执行crate publish发布到crates.io 并创建
v10.2.5tag 与 GitHub Release。这是不可逆的外部副作用，所以先经 PR 让 CI 跑完
check/tests/clippy/build，确认全绿后再合入 master 触发发布。
影响
纯版本号变更，无 API 改动。合并后 CI 会发布 27 个 crate 的 10.2.5 版本。
