Various updates to the plugin search endpoint to support the updated Browse Community Plugins modal in Firebot
Added ability to track plugin downloads
Setup basic PG db infra using the repository pattern. currently using a super rudementary schema boostrap on app start for now. we should probably consider something like flyway in the future for more formalized migrations but didn't want to go overboard for now
