HIGH (Bug Hunter): The workflow references docker/build-push-action@v7, which is not a published major version. GitHub Actions will fail to resolve the action, preventing the image build and push. The same change appears at line 105.

Suggestion: Use a published version, such as docker/build-push-action@v6, or verify that v7 has been published before referencing it.

not a bug: docker/build-push-action@v7 is published (refs/tags/v7 exists upstream, verified via the GitHub API); the build-and-push-quay job on this PR resolved and ran it successfully.
