Adds the canonical crunchtools/gatehouse workflow (guard, review and triage at v0.9.0) and the Gatehouse pre-commit hook, per constitution XII and RT #1507. Changes: gatehouse.yml added; pre-commit: +gourmand,gatehouse; gourmand CI added. The workflow is
examples/gatehouse.ymlfrom crunchtools/gatehouse, copied verbatim. It has guard, review@v0.9.0 (gpt-6-luna via OpenRouter, org secretOPENROUTER_API_KEY) and triage@v0.9.0, including today's two guard fixes (gatehouse#45, #46). This PR's own review runs the base branch's workflow (pull_request_target), so the new jobs first run on the next PR.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
