Routine digest bump for node:22-alpine in the spa build stage — change does exactly what it says.
The Dockerfile pins all base images by digest (node, python:3.11-slim, astral/uv); this advances the node digest to the current 22-alpine image. No contracts, callers, or related repos are touched. Dependabot's compatibility badge backs the change. Good to merge.
