This commit updates the Go version to 1.26 and bumps the dependencies to their latest versions. This includes updates to the HashiCorp SDK and Vault API client. Additional changes: - Add .trivyignore for unrelated CVE in x/crypto package - Adjust golangci config (goconst) to only fail after 10x occurrences - Add "make full" target to easily execute all checks locally - Write DEVELOPMENT.md with basic steps for updating and patching this project Signed-off-by: malmor <62105800+malmor@users.noreply.github.com>
