Follow-up to #922.
Writes the compiler detail lines (log failure, error and warning lines, label and reports failures) plain to the console via Write-PSFHostColor instead of Write-PSFMessage, so agents see them without the PSFramework timestamp and function prefix. Also includes warning lines from the compiler log, not just error lines.
This keeps PSScriptAnalyzer clean (PSAvoidUsingWriteHost would fail the repo validation gate).
