Clone of build-manual.yml as build-auto.yml, firing on push (incl. merges) to master/main with an include path filter limited to runtime module files (functions, internal, bin, xml, en-us, psd1/psm1). Always auto-versions, publishes to the PowerShell Gallery, creates the GitHub release/version tag, and runs validation.
