Description

Adds Hyperconsciousness under Productivity and Workflow Tools. It lets developers keep technical notes and agent task handoffs in an encrypted, append-only knowledge store, accessed through a CLI or scoped MCP grants. The entry explicitly identifies developer-alpha maturity.

Submitted on behalf of Louis Beaumont (louis030195), the project maintainer, with Codex assistance.

Additional context

Checked the current public README, MIT license, mission, and constraints. HC stores and retrieves knowledge; it does not execute agent tasks. Its grants do not isolate same-user OS processes. Plaintext returned to hosted models is visible to those providers. No independent security audit is claimed.

Validation: checked all 24 open/closed issues and PRs for duplicates; npx awesome-lint passed before and after the change; git diff --check passed. One README entry added.
