Problem and result
The sidecar at atlas.nasvigo.com indexed only Claude sessions: the image used the container user's Codex home instead of the mounted operator store. Atlas also ignored the standard
CODEX_HOMEenvironment variable. Enabling the real Codex corpus exposed a second failure: reading and splitting an entire large rollout exhausted a 512 MB JavaScript heap. This patch uses
AGENT_ATLAS_CODEX_ROOT > CODEX_HOME > ~/.codex, supplies/data/home/.codexas the image's defaultCODEX_HOME, and places the image's pricing cache under writable/tmp. Codex rollouts are read in chunks and parsed line by line, retaining only contexts and usage records instead of the full transcript. Database connections remain read-only.Prepares patch release v0.9.1.
Refs #32. The large-corpus investigation in #25 remains open: this fixes whole-rollout allocation, not the broader indexing architecture. Cursor is unchanged.
Validation
CODEX_HOMEreturned zero sessions before the patch./home/paseo/.codexcompletes with 613 Codex sessions and no index error, under a 512 MB JavaScript heap. The model filter returns 45 GPT-6.1 Sol sessions. After merge, publish v0.9.1 and verify the GHCR version and latest image tags. The operator explicitly authorized the hotfix merge and patch release after local validation.
