Replace OpenNext Worker clawql-docs with static Astro on clawql-docs-astro (Workers custom domain + route). Update deploy script and CI; keep Pages project for *.pages.dev previews when Zone DNS Edit is unavailable. Co-authored-by: Daniel Smith <danielsmithdevelopment@gmail.com>
