Summary

Gives a Mac mini local agent a single branch + runbook to perform the authorizing lab celld fleet soak (status=measured_v4_ready).

Cloud-agent VMs cannot host this run (hypervisor pause voids / dual-fences). Lab same-host supersede needs Linux /proc, so the Mac path is Colima Linux guest + Mac sleep disabled.

What’s in the branch

  • docs/benchmarks/program-cell-fleet-kill/MAC_MINI_AGENT.md — copy/paste agent prompt, Colima setup, smoke (12 cycles), authorizing (1000), pass/fail checklist
  • Darwin suspend-gap detection (wall − MONOTONIC) + pmset evidence in host-env.mjs
  • FLEET_SOAK_REQUIRE_SUSPEND_MONITOR=1 default (exit 76 if clocks missing)
  • Links from SOAK_GATES.md / SOAK_HOST.md / vendor/celld-lab/LAB.md

How to point a local agent

  1. Checkout cursor/soak-mac-mini-agent-2725
  2. Paste the Local agent prompt block from MAC_MINI_AGENT.md
  3. Provide R2 credentials via env (do not commit)

Out of scope

  • Actually running the 1000-cycle soak (requires the Mac mini)
  • Pause-recovery probe (optional, separate from soak gates)

Add MAC_MINI_AGENT.md (copy/paste local-agent prompt + Colima Linux
path), Darwin wall−monotonic suspend detection and pmset evidence in
host-env, and require suspend-gap clocks by default so authorizing
soaks cannot run blind.
