Add ClawQL-oriented Cursor skills and rules, refresh MCP examples and vault memory guidance. Set security pillar post dates to May 6–11 so Part 1 reads earlier than Part 6 under normal reverse-chronological listing.

Follow-up to the merged curriculum PR: adds ClawQL Cursor skills/rules and MCP config updates, and sets security pillar article dates to May 6–11 (Part 1 earliest, Part 6 latest) for sensible timestamps under reverse-chronological ordering.
