- Remove deleted ADR-0001 (beads) and beads skills from all org files - Add ADR-0006 (README minimum standard), ADR-0007 (type-checked SQL), ADR-0008 (per-language reference codebases) to ADR tables - Replace ghost skills (systematic-debugging, verification-before-completion, writing-plans, executing-plans, subagent-driven-development, dispatching-parallel-agents, beads-setup, beads-linear-sync) with catalog skills (diagnose, darkmatter-gitops-conventions, darkmatter-ts-toolchain, session-context-pipeline, and 13 other catalog skills previously missing) - Update working conventions to reflect new ADRs - Source of truth: darkmatter/skills
PR #9 added ADR-0006/0007/0008 and removed ADR-0001 but still listed skills moved to inactive/ (brainstorming, caveman-commit, dm-skill-creator, end-of-turn-review, receiving-code-review, requesting-code-review, run-meeting-summary, test-driven-development, triage, kickoff-dm-design, continuous-learning) and catalog-only skills with no SKILL.md (browser-use, caveman, caveman-review, coding-standards, compress, frontend-design, hl-funding-analysis, neon-postgres, openchronicle-setup) as invocable. Removed all of those, added tdd and run-ui-registry-variations (active skills that were missing), and dropped the now-empty Communication and Domain sections.
- Add ADR-0009 (curate default skill bundle, superseded) and ADR-0010 (install all catalogued skills) to ADR tables in all three files - Add darkmatter-design-system skill (added to skills repo after PR #9 opened) to UI/Frontend skill lists - Add triage skill (catalog-listed but dropped by cleanup commit) back to Workflow skill lists - Update CLAUDE.md skills catalog intro to reflect ADR-0010's rule
Move session-context-pipeline from Workflow/task-skill lists to a distinct opt-in client runtimes section in all three org files. Per ADR-0010 and docs/catalog.md, it is a presets/claude/runtime/ hook bundle, not an installed task skill — listing it under Workflow implied automatic activation. Also add end-of-turn-review (presets/base/runtime/) to the same opt-in section.
