test(ase): re-enable trajectory multisystem coverage

Fixes #1001.

Remove the unconditional skip so the existing HeAlO ASE trajectory comparison runs whenever ASE is installed.

Tests: cd tests && python -m unittest test_ase_traj.TestASEtraj1

Why existing tests missed it: The blanket skip prevented every inherited comparison test from detecting regressions; the test now passes.
