integration examples in readme no longer work

The examples for integration with cl-collider and cl-patterns no longer seem to work. I don't get any errors, but there is also no sound. When I define my own simple buffer player synthdef like this:

  (let ((sig (play-buf.ar 2 buffer (* rate (buf-rate-scale.ir buffer))

and play it:

(synth :sample :buffer (bdef :test))

I hear the audio file as expected.

Ah, you're referring to the ones involving use of the playbuf synth, right? i.e. this one:

(cl-collider:bufnum (bdef :sound)) ; returns the buffer number.

(cl-collider:synth :playbuf :buffer (bdef :sound)) ; plays the buffer.

I'm seeing the issue; it seems that even if there was no synth with a particular name defined, cl-collider will still return a synth object as if it was. In this case, there is no playbuf synth defined by bdef and the readme doesn't really make it clear that you're meant to define that yourself.

For now, I'll fix the readme, but I'll have to look at the cl-collider part later when I have more time and can ensure that whatever implementation I come up with is a good one.
