Thank you for the wrapping fix in #66. I noticed that code blocks now truncate slightly earlier.
In a 40-column window with the default two-space indent, run :MdRender toggle on:

```
The 38-character line and its indent fit within 40 columns. The screenshots also include a paragraph to compare text wrapping.

It seems the window-level width adjustment also affects code blocks, which already account for indentation. Would it make sense to keep the full width available to those blocks?
