Two popular Python testing frameworks are Pytest and Unittest.
Unittest is Python’s built-in testing framework inspired by Java's JUnit. It uses class-based test structures and requires more boilerplate code. While it is powerful and included in Python by default, writing tests can be more complex.
Pytest is a modern and widely used testing framework that allows developers to write simpler and more readable tests. It automatically detects test files, provides powerful fixtures, and produces clear test output.
For this project, Pytest was chosen because it is easier to use, requires less setup, and allows tests to be written in a very clean and readable format.# swe-testing-assignment Quick-Calc calculator with testing
