Removes the "currently in preview" callout from
content/networking/waf.md.Why
The WAF is enabled in every location and feature-complete (rules, rate limits, metrics, dry-run tester, zone copy, IP lists, firewall events, managed rules). The console sidebar badge is removed by console#332; this keeps the docs in sync.
Note: several open docs PRs (#65–#68) also touch this page near the top — whichever lands second rebases trivially (this change only deletes the callout block).
