- 회원가입 시 필수(이용약관, 개인정보)/선택(마케팅) 동의 여부를 받아 저장 - 마케팅 동의 상태 조회, 재요청 필요 여부 조회, 상태 변경(설정 화면 on/off 겸용) API 추가 - 프론트 반영 전까지는 termsAgreed/privacyAgreed가 안 와도(null) 가입이 막히지 않도록 하위호환 처리
기본값(90) 하드코딩 제거하고 profile yml에 명시적으로 값을 넣어, 설정 누락 시 앱 구동 시점에 바로 실패하도록 함
