Repositions the resume around system design and hands-on AI SaaS product engineering. Replaces the detailed services/tooling inventories with capability-focused coverage of architecture, AI applications, full-stack development, SaaS commerce, experimentation, cloud delivery, and data engineering.

Adds Flagship Lab 105 experience from October 2024, the current Senior Principal Software Engineer title, and the November 2025 IrisChat launch. Highlights graph-based memory, context engineering, intelligent scheduling, messaging integrations, human-annotated LLM evaluation, React frontend development, Stripe checkout/billing, and conversion-tracking data engineering supporting Meta and TikTok campaigns. Campaign management is not claimed.

Keeps specific system stories and representative technologies in Work Experience. Removes Guvnor and promotion narrative.

Validation: read back README.rst from the PR branch and verified the saved content. PDF rendering was not performed.
