TFT no longer detected after Patch 18

Since TFT got separated into its own standalone client, DetailedLoLRPC no longer works correctly for it. It used to work fine through the LoL client, but now that TFT opens as its own separate process, Discord presence gets stuck on "In Queue" once I'm actually in a game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch DetailedLoLRPC
2. Launch TFT (now opens as a separate client)
3. Queue up and start a game
4. Discord still shows "In Queue" even though the game has started

Expected: presence should update to show I'm in game, like it did before.

Version: v5.0.1
OS: Windows 11

I'm surprised it still works till now lol. I haven't touched this repo since last year due to some personal stuffs. I might check it out when i have time
