I think we're ready to cut a version supporting draft-irtf-cfrg-vdaf-18 etc. From draft 18 through draft 22, we made various editorial changes and added some test vectors. I confirmed the test vectors match, and we have tests exercising every available test vector. Comments and documentation all consistently reference draft 18, and there's already a note in the README saying subsequent DAP drafts will likely be compatible. We have a few breaking change issues in the backlog for possible API design changes, but they don't seem immediately actionable, and I don't think we need to hold up a release for them.
