fix: use mutagen-io brew tap for Mutagen install - #15

The havoc-io/mutagen tap is no longer available, so `roll sync` failed to auto-install Mutagen on macOS. Point the install and upgrade hints at the current mutagen-io/mutagen tap. Also fail fast when the brew install does not succeed, surfacing the `brew trust mutagen-io/mutagen` step recent Homebrew versions require for third-party taps, instead of falling through to a confusing version check.
