• kernel：cargo test --release 118 passed / 1 ignored，release 构建，未 strip，未 UPX。
• cli-node：源码版本 2.1.296，bun-linux-x64-baseline，plain c2fa9ba0…（111212672）经 UPX 5.0.2 --best --lzma 压缩。压缩后 --version 返回 2.1.296 (Claude Code)。
• 其余 8 个附件沿用 payload-2026.10.18-cch-sticky，哈希未变。本地原来那份未入库的 kin-codex-kernel 已用上一份 release 的附件恢复，没有进入这次清单。

thinking 显示与保留路径的改动已由 #592 合入 main（2082aef1）。本 PR 只接入二进制清单。

Overview
Bumps the deployment payload manifest to release payload-2026.10.19-kernel-cli (from payload-2026.10.18-cch-sticky).

kin-kernel is refreshed for both bin/kin-kernel and share/wrap-cli/kin-kernel.bin (new size/SHA256). share/wrap-cli/cli-node is updated to match the new CLI build. The other pinned assets in the manifest are unchanged.
