从 #621 拆出的独立 PR（thread betas pin）。

变更

• 新增 thread-betas.mjs：进程内 Map 按 message thread id 固定首条 user 上的 beta 列表。
• go-worker-client / claude-code-betas / handle-protocol hop_meta 接入；含单测与 mid-convo-effort 补充。

说明

• 替代 kitchen-sink fix: pin thread betas and verify live docker memory #621 中本切片；勿 merge fix: pin thread betas and verify live docker memory #621。
• merge-no-tip tip gap→201；勿 tip-cut；未改 VERSION。

thread betas 运行时逻辑已随 kitchen-sink #621 合入 main（8fcb6445），并在 tip v1.3.201（31a30dd / #626）发布说明中体现；本 PR 相对 main 仅剩 CHANGELOG 与 go-worker-client 集成测，无独立运行时变更，故关闭为 superseded。后续若需补集成测可单独开小 PR。

发版侧：tip 上 #621 已含同等 thread-betas 生产逻辑（与本 PR 逐字相同），无加固差分。关 PR，勿合。Docker 校验失败回滚等加固走 #623→202。
