Updates the site to reflect DoK's move to community-led stewardship (see the transition announcement).

Contact emails

  • Replaced every @dok.community address (sponsorships, core, contributors, community, press, events, bart) with dok@solanica.io, including the shared mailto: links in hugo.toml (subject lines preserved).

Constantia references

  • About page: rewrote "Who Runs DoKC?" to describe the community-led, vendor-neutral model, the interim core team, and the governance model, with a link to the announcement.
  • Community Collaborator page: no longer says DoKC is "hosted by Constantia.io".
  • Code of Conduct: the community and meetup-organizer pages now link to the CNCF code of conduct (already named on the contribute page) via a new shared @codeOfConduct link.
  • Footer: copyright holder changed from "Constantia LLC" to "Data on Kubernetes Community".
  • wp2hugo script: the old CoC page now maps to the CNCF code of conduct.

Announcement cover

  • Added an orbit-themed cover image to the stewardship announcement post (used on the post, blog list, homepage card and as the OG image).

Old material is unchanged: newsroom press releases, the transition announcement post, and the DoK Day NA 2023 event page still mention Constantia.

Verified with a local hugo build.

Point all @dok.community emails to dok@solanica.io and update current
pages to reflect community-led stewardship: rewrite the About page's
'Who Runs DoKC?' section, replace the Constantia code of conduct link
with the CNCF code of conduct, and change the footer copyright holder.
Historical press releases keep their original Constantia mentions.
