Verified: fork branch point is upstream tip 345952a (78f739a's parent == 345952a) — local-models is a strict superset of upstream/main and 'git merge upstream/main' is a no-op. Recorded: upstream's doldecomp#122-125 (mt_trig, nt_report, nt_send) landed C sources still wired as NonMatching on both sides (they raise decomp.dev's 'decompiled' fuzzy figure, not 'fully linked'); triage notes updated to rebase regswap work against those upstream sources.
