Summary

Bump workspace dependencies to the latest compatible releases and refresh the lockfile.

• Direct ranges and the shared catalog move forward, including pnpm 12.14.0, wrangler 4.151.1, Vite 8.3.4, Vue 3.5.44, Mermaid 12.2.0, and Vitest 5.0.5. CI workflow pins match the new pnpm version.
• Security override floors are raised (typescript-eslint 8.71.2, DOMPurify 3.4.17, js-yaml 5.5.0, and related packages). The Mermaid flowchart label patch is retargeted to 12.2.0 because upstream still compares label width with exact equality.
• Prettier stays at 2.8.8, TypeScript stays on 6.0.3 (7.0.2 is a major), and undici stays at 8.10.2 so Wrangler can still read gzip 404 bodies.
