Bump compatible releases, including wrangler 4.151.2, CodeMirror view 6.43.15, and typescript-eslint 8.72.0. Retarget the CodeMirror view patch and raise undici to 8.12.3 now that the HTTP/2 content-encoding regression is fixed.
