Rebase project from v4.0.0 and publish the update to npm.

What is actually happening?

The fork is based on v3.2.0

Great package but it's gathering dust.. as of this comment sequelize-cli is at 5.3.0.

Great job on this, but I'm also hoping this will get updated. Started looking into alternative ORMs but ended up back at Sequelize. I prefer not use outdated packages, but it looks like I don't have another choice right now if I want to use a typescript-cli with Sequelize.
