Release 1.35.0 with bounded managed C-Gate logs

Summary

Merges the USB interface recovery already on master with managed C-Gate log retention, and releases it as 1.35.0.

Home Assistant already provides /data as the add-on's persistent volume and manages stdout/stderr separately. C-Gate's own file logs therefore need native rotation and add-on-side retention rather than another host mount.

1.34.16 was already published with these fixes. 1.35.0 is the minor release of the same changes.

Changes

• adds a periodic managed C-Gate log cleanup every 15 minutes instead of only at startup
• adds the optional cgate_log_max_mb setting, defaulting to 500 MiB
• counts active log files toward the cap but never unlinks files the JVM still has open
• scales C-Gate's native event-log segment retention down when a lower cap is configured
• documents and translates the new option across all supported locales
• bumps the source and add-on versions to 1.35.0

• Add-on config, translation, and schema/i18n validation pass
• Changed shell scripts pass bash -n
• Periodic pruner service smoke-tested with an accelerated interval
