chore: update favicon and footer logo to the new E2B brand - #254

The favicon still showed the old E2B star mark, and the footer used a "✶" glyph next to plain "E2B" text. - Favicon: white "E" on a black square, matching e2b.dev's icon and built from the "E" in the existing wordmark. Ships favicon.ico (16/32/48), icon.svg, and a 180px apple-icon.png. - Footer: use E2BLogoSmall from ui.e2b.dev, the wordmark variant drawn with wider gaps so it stays legible at text size. Added as the `e2b-small` Logo style and sized to the text's cap height. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
