ADIF files exported by WSJT-X, JTDX, MSHV and similar digital-mode programs do not carry QSL status fields, since those programs have nothing to do with QSL exchange. Imported QSOs therefore end up with empty lotw_qsl_sent, eqsl_qsl_sent and clublog_qso_upload_status, and the upload dialogs report there is nothing to send. This asks once per import whether to mark the imported QSOs as queued, and only fills the fields that are empty, so QSOs that already carry a status from the file are left alone. Common cases: the logger was started after the digital program, or the station runs on a different computer and the log arrives as ADIF.
