Combines the open Scala Steward PRs into one branch so CI runs once.

Replaces:

• Update sbt-zipx to 0.1.3 #27 Update sbt-zipx to 0.1.4
• Update early-effect-docs-theme, ... to 0.11.0 #26 Update early-effect-docs-theme, sbt-specular to 0.11.0
• Update sbt to 2.0.4 #24 Update sbt to 2.0.4
• Update scalafmt-core to 3.11.5 #25 Update scalafmt-core to 3.11.5
• Update sbt-scalafmt to 2.6.2 #17 Update sbt-scalafmt to 2.6.2 — already on main, so nothing to pick; close as obsolete.

Additional commits beyond the bot PRs

• Regenerate workflows for sbt-zipx 0.1.4 — zipxWorkflowGenerate run locally.

Verification

sbt scalafmtCheckAll; testFull — passes clean.

Action pins (via sbt-zipx 0.1.4)

0.1.4 ships refreshed action pins, so the regenerated ci.yml / zipx-scala-steward.yml also move:
