spotless fails while auto-formatting some files with a NullPointerException. We bump its version to 3.2.1. This requires also changes of the used formatter. Furthermore, this means we have to use a newer JRE version for compilation. Hence, we explicitly state the target and release version in the pom.xml.
We update the development requirements to and re-generate everything with: * [aas-core-meta 11b116c5], * [aas-core-codegen 9db4f51] and * [aas-core3.0-testgen 7ddd731].
